Quality & Safety Management: Achieved zero lost-time injuries through daily toolbox talks, behavioural-based safety observations, and rigorous HSE audits.

RDP Housing Complex

Housing Construction: Built 200 RDP housing units with full civils, slab casting, blockwork walls, and roof trusses to government specifications.
Services Integration: Installed MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) packages, including solar-ready plumbing infrastructure and energy-efficient lighting.
Community Engagement: Hosted weekly liaison meetings with local ward councillors and beneficiary representatives to ensure social upliftment and skills-transfer.
